Bingo , you are correct ! This is the 1994 Dodge Venom Concept Vehicle ! Here's a little more info :The Dodge Venom introduced a new, improved version of past muscle cars, by taking advantage of all that current technology has to offer.

Venom features rear-wheel-drive and a 6-speed manual transmission. Large block engines of past muscle cars have been replaced by a 3.5-liter V-6 engine, with an estimated 245 horsepower. The result is a futuristic, affordable, efficient, back-to-basics driving machine
