If you remember, it had tail lights VERY reminiscent of old Cudas. If I had some time, I'd go try to find some pictures. That was how they tied it in to the muscle cars of old.

I have to say that I like the boxier look Dodge has moved into. That thing looks a little too much like a Camaro. The Challenger is definitely a step up.
You seem to have gone to a lot of car shows[ I'm jealous !!!] and you also have a good memory....Here's a shot of the rear; which shows the tail lights you remember/speak of ..... Well maybe it was the color that made it odd unless it's the way it showed up from the picture .
