I seem to remember seeing that the GT weighed about 3600-3700 pounds, I think. I am probably wrong though. Anyway, a 6.1l Challenger ought to be much faster I would think. The only problem with that is no one knows what a 2008 GT will have under the hood for sure. It's hard to bench race with a car that is a model year or two out.
