Post Decided against the Challenger due to.......

Decided against the Challenger due to getting a MSRP deal for a 07 GT500 Shelby.
Ordered 3-24-06
Vin. issued 7-21-06
Build date 8-14-06
The normal wait now is aprox. month in a half to two months.

My choices were:
1st GT500 Shelby
2nd Challenger
3rd Camaro

Shelby was 1st due to it was released first. I like all three and if I had the money all three would be mine. Mostly I am glad to see manufactuers back in the Muscle Car Wars. Hopefully Pontiac will take the Camaro body and make a Trans Am, and Murcury take a Mustang and do a Cougar. I have seen pics of both drawings in July 06 issue of Hot Rod magazine.

To me the Charger isn't retro enough to be considered in the Muscle Car Wars.
