Working Air Ram or Hood Scoop chally R/T ?

How would one go about installing a working (air ram or hood scoop ) to help more volume of air to the the cold air intake , any kits , personal mods , etc. please share with us , thanks.

Also would installing one make a differnce or not really ? we can see there 2 vents on hood already but i dont see how that helping now .
