I don't think there are any kits available. You can mount your air filter inside the fender and get an SRT chin spoiler. The airdam spoiler on the SRT's funnel air up sort of like a make-shift ram air. I think thats what those 2 slots are for on the SRT airdam. I don't know how much power you would really gain though compared to the regular CAI mounting area.

You would have to fabricate something yourself but keep in mind that those 2 vents on the hood are pretty small and do not allow for much airflow to be a viable ram air even if you did get custom tubing and moved your Air Filter up next to the engine under the vents. You would probably lose power from all the heat comming off the engine getting in there.

To do it the right way would involve a custom intake manifold with the throttle boddy mounted on top, a big air filter, cutting a hole in your hood and putting a nice hood scoop on it.
