Can you trigger it by holding the throttle at this RPM with the car in neutral and the car sitting still ?
So it doesn't run rough enough to cause any significant loss of power then ?

Driving in 2nd or 3rd gear @ ~ 2800 rpm for 20 sec. has triggered this for me.
A Chrysler tech was able to monitor this with starscan while "parked" and reving the engine to 2800 rpm.
