Kowalksi is a no-option kind of guy. Options add weight, more weight equals less speed.
Wirewilly, you need to make nice with your dealer. He can order the cars any way he wants, but the chances of him ordering a stripped one for stock are slim to none. So you need to talk him into letting him order yours the way you want it. I will order mine stripped. That way, there's more money for the supercharger fund
