! You mean two Hemis are used to propel another vehicle into whatever is crashed into ? Why wouldn't the engine of the vehicle being crashed be used; as that would simulate a more real world test ? Those Insurance Institue crash tests show the vehicle being slid/slug down a track or garage opener-type of controlled apparatus !!!!
