Re: Question about R/T Challenger (1972)

Just an FYI:

I bought some slotted and cross drilled rotors from YearOne for my '72. Figured they would work on my car (they were listed as 73-74 I believe). Anyways, they don't QUITE work. The new rotor sits about 1/8" off the dust guard more than the stock. The stock rotors were 202.00 each, so I tried to get these others as a replacement. The calipers will not quite fit on the 73-74s

I could machine down a bracket that the caliper mounts on, that 1/8" to make it work but I don't want to try that. So I am just putting it back together stock.

Anyone need a brand new set of cross drilled / slotted rotors for 73 and newer challenger PM me. Otherwise I'll end up throwing these things out
