I agree wholeheartedly. I attend B-J every year. If you can only attend one classic car event in your life, it's gotta be Barrett-Jackson! The selection of cars is amazing. Keep in mind that the Russo & Steele auction is held at the same time, about 2 miles up the road. It's almost as good as B-J. In fact, I think their muscle car line up might be better than B-J! Plus, we have 3 other auctions going on the same weekend. January in Arizona has something for every classic car nut.

BTW: Ralleye72 is right about the Pavillions. It's one of the best free car shows anywhere. I take my Dart Sport 340 up there quite often.
