Damn that was hard to read. Under Federal law, Dodge cannot tell the dealer what he can or cannot sell the car for. He is free to sell it at whatever price he chooses. So the only thing to do is wait it out. Let the rich boys buy up the '08s, then the rest of us can buy an '09 at MSRP, or maybe even below, depending on what the market and economy are like then.
