A 7.0 is in very early stages of development, *if* they do come out with it I don't believe it would go into wide production, maybe a couple special models further down the road (definitely not 2009 or 2010). The 6.4L is in the far more advanced stages, as in almost done. Two different versions of the 6.4 have been developed, at this time not sure of the differences, one is/was scheduled as an exclusive for the Challenger.
