Just finished at my dealership. I am told that there are two runs of SRT challengers before they cut over to the R/T's in summer (and something called a R/T 500). Then production on the srt's start again with the manual in the fall. First shipment is in April, mine comes in late June/July. I threw in the towel on getting a B5 blue super bee (told that after the car show I could get number 700/1000) but I really don't want that one. Have you ever watched how many people get in and out of that thing in just 15 minutes?
He was on the phone with Dave Buckingham who told him I would indeed get my car. Long story short I'll find out by June if it's just another big carrot or not. This is probably the 10 vehicle I purchased from them and I have no reason not to believe. We'll see.
Either way, it's interesting.
edit: Pricing for Canada = March 14th (or so I was told)
