I ran into my service advisor who i know pretty well and asked if they were getting any in - they're a highvolume dealer here in AZ, He said yes, they are getting 6, 5 of which are sold. He called the sales manager while i was talking with him and he said the last one is still avail. due in about May and it will be $70 LARGE. I said thanks BUT no thanks, i'll wait!

Similar purchases with my dealer 2005 300C/ traded for 2006 Jeep/ also 2007 Hemi Ram ( BTW also had 69 Impala, 2004 Impala) So..., close...
Anyway, re-checked with my dealer today who will get 1 or 2 of 2008 Chally's, and was re-assured that I will have the first one ; at MSRP,
but that he is hearing of other Canadian dealers who are now auctioning off their allotted Challengers.
He knows that I'm a valued customer (3 new vehicles in 3 years/ fourth one coming), and that not only would he lose me, but that I'd be spreading the news , if he did anything different.
He's always given me great deals, but explains that with the waiting list , he can't go below MSRP// No issues there.
I'm glad you can wait for the hooplah to die down, but for me, getting first year at MSRP, I'm fine with that.
You'll probably wind up with something cooler (6 speed etc.)
