I second that my old 73 challenger was about the same weight as the new one with out any safety equipment or new tech.
I think its fine at 4k weight now add a full tank of gas and a passenger well be able to figure how to lighten it up once thay get into circulation.
Aluminum hood will help which they are offering.
Ill just build up the engine to compensated for any unwanted weight ...
