Re: '09 Challenger R/T Gathered Specs / Equipment & Info Related

I understand this DSA option was listed somewhere and posted here in December. I hope it's true, believe me. I am not a "doubter" and only assert what I read. I suppose Automobile Magazine was testing a Getrag torque-sensing limited slip differential in the 2009 prototype #2 car and comparing it to the DSA limited slip which really makes no sense as they didn't mention any other car had limited slip aside from the #2 car and that the #2 car hooked up in places where the other car struggled. Also their comment on how it's fundamentaly wrong for a performance rear wheel drive car to rely solely on traction control and ESP must be based on what?

So let's assume that the world of DSA exists (and thank God if it does so this "doubter" can thrash kick the living slides out of it on a daily basis). This means that the 2008s have a type of limited slip that sucks according to Automobile magazine. If so, which is it? A non torque-sensing Getrag, a Quafe, a Mercedes AMG unit or a DANA unit?

I want to know the dark beast that lurks behind the DSA door.

The more the price of fuel goes up the more I need a car that I can hang the back-end out to justify the expense. Otherwise I'd rather walk.
