Re: The next Gen.

LOL,How Cool is that!
Killer superbird,you are the king!
The old cubby hole was a place that may have spawned many a car guys future...Man I'm glad I shared that story with you guys I had no idea.
I thought I was just a insane kid with insane parents but it was the norm back then wasn't it to push the envelope a bit.
I had the same experience and it is etched in my mind like it was carved in stone as well!
The symmetry here on this forum is what is worth the experience too me just to know all you die hards are still out there some memories may have faded a bit but it will never die will it.
How did you do it !
I just cant get myself to sell my vette I think I'll have it till I die.

Funny I just don't see whats the big deal about the new vette since the c5 has been touted as the best built vette to date, plus from the front the new vette looks like my aunt smiling when shes drunk.
I just don't care for the way they changed the car lS2 or not I am not biting yet.
I may go viper since the vette actually looks like one now and I have a c5 already but that is for another day when the wife settles down a-bit when it comes to my car Jone's..
if you don't mind me asking what was your favorite vette you owned?

...I just sold an 04 Vette vert. today, the new owners are young and thrilled with the purchase...it's still like new, low miles and a real beautiful car....hope they have as much fun with it as I have
