I never saw the point in IRS and preferred solid axles until I bought a Lincoln LS. Now I'm a real convert. It would be hard to go back to a solid rear end car, especially in a performance application. Sure, I'm not talking drag cars here, but the first time you accellerate over railroad tracks while turning in an IRS car, you'll be sold.
