Re: How Many Folks Own a 70-74 Challenger?

This is a photo of my current Challenger doing what it does best, consuming fuel. It is 1973 Dodge Challenger 340 with 727. It has all original drivetrain including the 8 3/4 Posi Rear. Of course the paint has changed, the color is B5 Blue is as it was from the factory, but it now has the rear bumble bee stripe. It has the TTI stainless steel headers and exhaust out back, sounds like it should (Not quiet).

I have owned many E bodies (Barracuda, Cuda and Challengers.) I have owned 2 challengers both 340's. I think the small block is the best all around package for performance and handling. Although any E Body is great!

I hope to see the same enthusiasm for the 08 and later Challengers as I have seen for the early years!
