yeap MSO is required for export as is the original title and SED (shippers Export Document) alot of this is handled by a brokers which im sure the dealership takes care of for you as it requires the proper clearance from customs before it can be exported. once its paperwork is done it has a 72hr wait time to be checked by customs before it is placed on a boat or plane to be shipped out. allot of the time it has the title stamped for export only and it will probably be shipped out of Carolina's or Houston or miami since they are the larger seaports on that coast. im a customs officer so if i am sure they will check that car like crazy since its great looking
