East Coast custom painting and graphics?

I have prdered a 2009 R/T challenger and would like find a custom painter or graphics designer to make up a side fender graphic that they could design, draw or whatever is needed to my idea of a Challenger that looks partly like a Locomotive with big slicks doing a wheel stand, smoking tires, and headers shooting flames out from under the side of the car. Back in the early 60's I raced a Max Wedge Dodge with this painted on the side of the car with the name LOCOMOTION and now the car is gone , the painter is gone and no pics of this car. I only have my memory photo to work off of. Does anyone know of someone who would attempt doing this graphic for me?? I mean for pay of course. Let me know here or E-mail me at wboyd18993@aol.com Thanks , Locomotion
