1969 Dart GT RestoMod

I know it's not a Challenger, but I do need to make room for mine ( ordered - now in D status)

This car is absolutely gorgeous, all metal, and perfectly straight, in fact it still has all of it's own metal. The car originally had a 318, that was replaced in 1998 with a worked up 360 (372c.i.d.), it has the 904 auto (3 speed) with reverse manual valve body and part throttle kick down, it's running 3.91 rear gears. She's sittin on custom Intro Matrix 17" wheels wrapped in Yokohama's ( I also have the set of 14" Crager SS's it came with if interested), it has adjustable front shocks and super stock rear springs.

The body, paint and engine were done when I got the car, I had the interior re-done to make it go with the car a little better, had the wheels done and also changed the rear gears. The interior is done in white ultra leather with blue inserts, it also has a custom center console, and a new cd stereo with hidden speakers.

It has a 22 gallon fuel cell in the trunk and many other little "trick" items, that most everybody find very unique.

The car by no means is a trailer queen, however most people think it is because of it's condition, but it does have 83,000 miles on it. I know I probably shouldn't tell you all this, but the car has seen the drag strip a few times ( okay about 20 passes), and surprisingly to me and usually the car I was running, those street tires hook up pretty darn good, best time I ran in the car was a 12.701 at 107.97. In case your wondering, we run tear off's on our cars so we don't have to worry about the rubber from the track. The car is a ton of fun and will win trophies at the shows, to be honest I really hate to get rid of it but I can't keep both, so whata ya do?

I have a ton of pictures of the car, from all different angles (including underneath), just send me an email if your interested, and let me know what you want to see and I'll email the pic's to you, I have no idea how to get them from my computer to here with the "URL" thing, I've never gotten that to work, so just let me know and I'll send them to you.

I'm looking to get close to what I've got in the car, so I'm asking $ 28,500, I'm pretty sure you couldn't build this car again for that so it probably is a bargain at this point. If your looking for a project car this isn't for you, if you'd rather have a car to have fun with and just tweak here and there to your liking, then this is for you.

Thanks for checking out the add.
