Re: Dodge to cut back on greedy dealerships

My TURN!, Hey the dealer is in the buisness to make money, Like it or not that is the bassis of any buisness. Now if some one wants that Challeger bad enough, yep they are gonna pay 20K over MSRP. Well for me it's a car, and no matter how badly I want it, it will still be a car, plastic, metal, rubber, and drinks $4.00 a gallon gas. I do not want it bad enough to give 20K over MSRP. I will wait till I can get the deal that fits my wallet.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this or not, but if you surf ebay for an 08 Challenger, you will find plenty, and their prices are coming down to MSRP levels not the 20K over MSRP that I saw a few weeks ago.

Also I want you all to know that this is a great group of people here, you all seem to be real freindly people and freely offer advice, It's a great forum. I just want to say that. Thanks, and I hope to meet several of you one day at a car show maybe?? who knows, Look for the old guy that is sitting next to the 79 Magnum, and wearing a Challenger t-shirt, that would be me.
