It overheated and screwed up the auto tranny, I remember getting the tranny fixed, but I can't remember when or where I got rid of it..

They ('78's) were hard to find back in '84 when I bought it, so I can imagine it being close to impossible now..
I bought it from a dealer before he had even had time to do any reconditioning to it..
I bought a new truck in '86 but I don't remember trading it in for the truck,, but that is probably what I did with it..
I had totally forgotten about that car until I saw your post.. thanx
