I would buy the car in either form. I owned a 1972 Challenger Rallye and it had the slapstick shifter in it and always made me very happy. If the car was only going to be built with an auto transmission, then I would prefer the set up to be a slapstick type shifter as I owned two Intrepids with the auto stick and was never really satisfied with that set up. I as well as my brothers just want the car! How many times in life do you get the chance to go back and do something over again? Build it, we'll certainly buy it (3 of them)!
