here we go again

the question is: would this cause an engineering dilema to install already built transmissions whether they are stick or auto? my other question: did chrysler take its' own poll or soley going on this poll? according to factoids the current climate of auto sales are dismal at best. gmc wants to know what consumers want, so they can build it to recover market share. have we as Americans reduced ourselves to forget the customer and shove it down their perverbial throats? I'm in my senior year in electronics engineering and we can design a low end circuit for just about pennies. or we can test after test and build a high end circuit that will blow your mind, either way it is what the customer needs/wants. I was a trucker for twenty six years before becoming an engineer, and peter car, corn binder, freight shaker, western star, and kw all cater to the large companies or small companies or just an individual. of course you pay for it "but" you do have a choice. this is not a technical calculus class this is basic math class. 6 speed manual additional cost 6,000.00. nuff said. c/ya...
