99 is simply neutral or "back of the line" if there are orders at your dealership which they've actually given an order code.
I was looking over my order sheet and I see 2 priority codes. One is Scheduling priority (mine says 1-sold order) then the other is build priority which is 99? Very confusing. Either I am #1 or back of the bus!
