The catch can that Diablosport is selling is made by Billet Technologies, just has Diablosport engraving on it. Billet Tech has instructions on where and how to install. It is quite easy and straight forward.

You can find links at the Billet Technology webpage. As for importance, yes, it is an important mod on these cars. It removes the atomized oil before it goes through the PCV valve, which returns it to the engine to burn it off. By not catching the atomized oil, it will lower your overall octane rating and loose a little bit of performance, not to mention coat your intake manifold with a nasty oily sludge!

Highly recommended mod, specially if you are going to be modifing the engine.

$189 for a machined aluminum can??? Bit pricey no?

The quality of the product is great. A little expensive... yes, you can probably get some cheaper, but I am a firm believer in if I am going to do something, I am going to do it right (hopefully the first time). Some other sights also sell the Billet Technology Catch Cans, you may be able to find them cheaper. HHP is one site that sells BT products.
