There are iphone apps(BB as well)out there that have forum pages available... Does Challengertalk do this?:thinkerg:

or maybe a mobile site?

Yes. I was just wondering this myself as I only have a BB. (Not a Cool Droid which can handle sites like this much better)

One of my first car forums, G8Board.com, is also an AutoGuide forum. I use tapatalk for a few of my other forums and it really makes mobile forum use easy. I am pretty sure that AutoGuide is what is stopping CT & G8B from joining. Probably a security thing...

But Tapatalk ROCKS!

CT does have an RSS feed available which should work for you to view the forum with some feed reader app on your particular phone.

See: <![CDATA[Dodge Challenger Forum: Challenger & SRT8 Forums]]> (http://www.challengertalk.com/forums/external.php?type=RSS2)

Replying is a whole other story unless changes are made to the forum to include mobiles.

I asked about Tapatalk a few months back and one of the admins said the site was willing, but AutoForums wouldn't let them.

edit: It was JayC

At this time, AutoForums isnt looking at incorporating TapAtalk. Its been brought up a few times and I'm pushing for it so maybe somewhere down the road it will happen but not anytime soon.

It would be so much easier to have CT on my iPhone...

so this morning I check my email on my ipod and click a CT link and I'm greeted with a msg that tapatalk will work here now. I got the app but can't find this forum on the app, just other dodge and LX forums. Any ideas?

Has anyone solved the Tapatalk problem or are we stuck with having to purchase autoguide.com 's app too to surf CT easily on iPhone?

I rarely pay for apps. With android there always seems to be a free alternative. But, I did pay for the Autoguide app. The site survives by ad/sponsor revenue. The app has no ads. They need to compensate for that somehow.

From what I saw, Tapatalk and Autoguide apps are the same price ($2.99) for the iphone. You know Autoguide works here, not sure about Tapatalk.

No, I wasn't able to get Tapatalk to work for ChallengerTalk.

Has there been any forward progress on the request to support Tapatalk? I use Tapatalk for Android extensively for several technology forums and would love to keep up-to-date on ChallengerTalk just as easily.

FWIW, the AutoGuide.com app is not very well regarded in the Android Market:

Update: I ignored the bad ratings and just installed AutoGuide.com on my HTC Incredible 2 Android phone. It's actually not that bad. The user interface is very Tapatalk-like with the ability to select favorite threads and forums. Once logged into ChallengerTalk once, it remembers your login credentials and the forum name.
