We are asking that the following items be sent if at all possible.
Bottled Water, Baby items (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.), Flash lights, can openers, batteries, non-perishable food items, clothes, blankets, pillows, basically any items you would need in the event that you had nothing but the clothes on your back.

Anything you can spare, we will cover the cost of shipping. Please contact me if you have anything you can spare.

Even the bark is ripped off some of the trees. Simply unbelievable power and devastation.

Thank you for posting the pics, Andy. Mom lives in Boaz, Al. They came through it okay, but they don't know when they will have power again. I work for probably the largest wire and cable manufacturer in the U.S. They have trucks here in town and every plant they have, taking donations and will deliver soon. Seems like the initial shock wears off and people just go back to their daily lives. Please, let us not forget, it very easily could have been our families. And it is our neighbors. God bless.

Just to let you know, this is the first time I am reading this and its mid May, and I am still going to make a donation to the Red Cross, Having been thru this before, I know it will be a long road to recovery. Good luck and God bless to all involved.
