I want to ad an arrington cai to my supercharger, will I have to retune for a cai? I am currently running the stock airbox with a custom tune.

Yes you will. Any time you make changes that have a significant and direct effect on air flow into or out of the engine (intake, cam, headers, cats, boost, etc) you will need to have your tune adjusted. Typically a CAI will make a tune run around 10% lean so you need to make sure you get on a dyno and have your fuel delivery adjusted.
