if you have a hemi and running without a catchcan, you're running dirty.
here's proof' 1500 miles.

Finally got one this week, I'm dropping the car off tomorrow at Mr. Norms for heads/cam and don't want all that crap building up on my $2k heads I just bought.

Pffft! That's nothing!
I have a 2010 Camaro SS 6M that appears to have a problematic PCV Baffle system.
My CC has caught over 40oz of oil in 6500 miles. My problem is atypical, most Camaro's with CCs catch oil on a par with yours. In fact, the CC on my 392 has caught about as much as yours in 1200 miles.

Point being; you can never be too sure what's going on inside your engine and a CC is a cheap and worthy investment.

So, you're saying without a catch can, it's kind of like this:

where did you order the catch can from?

Yep...catch can's are definitely a worthwhile investment. We took two 5.7 throttle bodies and put them side by side. The throttle body on the left had about 60k on the clock and NEVER had a catch can, the TB on the right came off of MY car with 52k miles and has had a can on since day 1. Observe:

We stock plenty of catch cans for your ride!!

The attorney representing Chrysler asked me why I put a catch can on (what does it do) and if it was difficult. Probably will be used against me!. Oh well!

Should show him the pictures of engine with and without catch cans. Tell him its something that protects the engine since Chrysler's engineers didnt hink to put it on there themselves

If I can ask, why are you having to speak with Chrysler attorneys? Warranty issues?

I told him exactly what it does and that I felt it is an accessory that helps extend the life if the engine!

What did he say? It makes sense to most people.

Not sure what this is about "dont care either" :) but let the lawyer know that Dodge had a part number until recently offering the exact same catch can
for sale through Mopar performance.

Just an FYI Good luck..
