Does anyone know if the engine cradle from an SRT8 Magnum will work on an SRT8 Challenger? I have a line on one as mine is damaged and I'd like to swap it into my Challenger, but I'm not finding any definitive info.

are'nt you the member that posted this car on the classifieds? If I recall I was going to buy the engine and several parts for my traded in DY R/T. thank god I ended buying a very low milage srt8. I remember after a couple of months you desided that your car was fixable. The pics look pretty good you can fix that car up your plans should work.

Yes, I've decided to fix up the car and have a slightly damaged engine cradle. Magnum cradles are much cheaper than Charger/Challenger ones so I was curious if it would work or not. This project is on a back burner for now, but work will resume in a month or two.

The cradle will fit up to the 2010 model. Im in Oakland park if you need anything. All we do are modern Mopars. Good luck on your rebuild..

Thanks for the info! I may have to give you a call when it comes to figuring out the steering column (nothing on it works, horn, wipers, etc).

Just checked and the Magnum cradle I found is gone. Can you tell me what years and models will fit? I'm guessing only 5.7 and 6.1 300's, Chargers and Magnums up to 2010?

Nice offer, but 20lbs isn't that important right now. A new one is about $400 from the dealer, but for some reason people are insisting on selling used ones for the same price.
