Are the 2010 and 2012 Hemi Orange the same color? I am looking at these years and it seems to be different.

2010 = Hemi Orange

2012 = Header Orange

Yes! The Hemi orange color of a '12 SRT8's engine block is the same color as the Hemi orange engine block of a '10 Challenger SRT8's engine block...

VERY different colors, Header Orange is 2012, Hemi on the Left, Header on the Right.

Not to beat a dead horse but just affirming what everybody else said. Two different body colors, 2008-2010 had Hemi Orange, 2012 is Header Orange.
