This is the finished product. The pictures were shot with 3.5 F stop, so the lights are not as bright as they appear. I have also added the lighted cup holder. I changed the green LEDs to blue.

I bought them from oznium.com, they are the 5mm bright. I bought the cup holder OEM, removed the green LEDs and wired in the blue.

Hey Chris,

If you are looking for the blue LEDs, I bought the 5 mm bright blue LEDs with resistors already soldered in place. I'm not sure what "it" is that you're looking for. This is the URL for the LEDs that I bought, http://www.oznium.com/prewired-leds . I purchased the blue LEDs.

Hey johnnie

I havnt torn into this yet to see what it looks like. Is the cup holder lights a strip or is it just bulbs?

Thanks
Chris

The light is "piped" with lexan shaped in the form of the inside of the cupholder. It takes two LED's.

So can you just modify tbe exsiting cup holder? Or do you have to start from scratch with a new cup holder?

You go with the existing and solder the individual bulbs in place. It's easy to remove the cupholder and break it apart. Once you've done that, just remove the existing bulbs and replace with the new ones. I had to trim the wires on the new bulbs, since it was about two inches long. But the install doesn't take long at all. Just be patient and take your time.

If the cupholder that you have is already lighted, you can reuse the one you have. While you can solder the leads if you have a noninsulated crimper it is like the factory crimps already there as the 5 mm Blue LEDs are the same size as the OEM green LEDs. Really you won't be as confused once you have opened/seperated the lighted cupholder.

What did you have to do to change the door bulbs? Are they also 5mm prewired LEDs?

I like it, but the speaker pods being bright might be a notch too much IMO. Great idea though!

There are four snap clips on the upper part of the lighted cup holder. Just pry them out enough to separate the two halves.

I had to use a slow f-stop so the light looks much brighter than it is. The light also lights up the floor pan dimly. It looks much better in person.

My SRT is an 08, it did not have the lighted door handles.

How did you get access to the door handle lights?
