This may not be the smartest question but here goes... I want a supercharger at some point and i want a shaker hood. My husband says he doesn't think you can do both but isn't sure. Will the placement of the supercharger effect having a shaker hood?? I don't want to have to choose between the two!!

You can have both just not a twin screw supercharger and the shaker hood you need sits on top and gets the air routed via ports installed in the hood to you air box. Hopes this helps also, heres one that has it all with links

He had it done at Arringtons in VA. www.shophemi.com (http://www.shophemi.com) a Magnuson Supercharger, forged internals, Spec clutch. The hood is now painted to match the car.

Thanks!! I had never really even thought about it until just now and was thinking how bad it would suck to have to pick one. I was gonna go with shaker hood though lol.
