Hey guys.. I have a 2009 SRT8 Auto and just found an excellent deal on a Billy Boat exhaust that I'll be installing shortly. I'm curious about removing the cats (I wouldn't cut them out, I would save the original mid pipes and cats). My questions go out to anyone who has done this on their 6.1 or has direct experience going without cats.



HP gains? I am guessing they would be minor, but curious what range gain you might see, if any at all.
I know that it will be partially determined by the type of exhaust system, but what's the increase in sound?
Engine lights? I imagine it would definitely turn on an engine light or two. I have a Predator, so can they be turned off?
