Just installed it tonight, here's my initial thoughts; car sounds throatier, much improved throttle response making the car feel livelier and no codes. Really pleased with this mod so far.

Love mine as well. Improved throttle response is the biggest change I notice.

What does the Fastman Unit do to the Warrenty ? How many miles do your cars have ? My Dealer know's that I like to Run at the Grove every time I can get there , and they havent bitched or said it was going to change the warrenty any ! In fact they ask how it's running, as in great or just OK! I've not changed anything since new, except for useing a K&N Ait filter in the stock box ! By the way I have 7700 mi on IE #977 !...John:cheers:

I just installed my new Throttle Body last Thursday. One word says it all..................AWESOME!!!!!!! Throw in a CAI with an upgraded Cat Back Exhaust, and begin to unleash the beast within.

On the Fastman website he shows two different model # TB's for the 2005-UP HEMI engines. I have a 2012 SRT8. Is the number printed on the TB? I need to open the hood and look for myself, but just curious.

Started with small surges and then some what big surges. I had to keep my foot on the brake pretty hard to keep from ramming into other cars lol. 392 sure does have some spunk! ;) Once the harder surges started happening, lost throttle and the lil red lightening bolt thing popped on and car went into limp mode.

Called Dan, we hashed it out and I am mailing it back to him tomorrow. Came to the conclusion that its defective, the motor that opens and closes the blade I guess.

Parked the car and called the girlfriend, installed my stock one back in and everything was perfect.

So I recommend keep tools and your stock one in trunk for the first 100 to 500 miles maybe to be safe.

I dunno why you guys dont get those through me. I have done more Tb's than probably anyone period. I do ls1, ls2, ls3, lx, 5.0 throttle bodies and have for over 10 years.

Anyway, did you disconnect the battery for 30 minutes while you did the install?

Since you are an authorized vendor, I recommend that you list your main product/services in your signature block, along with a hyperlink to your website. This would make it easier for potential customers to find you.

Yea battery disconnected. Even disconnected the battery again to see if maybe the problem would go away. Notta.... Sent the TB back to Fastman today. See what happens when I get one back. If same issues... I will RMA it and go through you! :p

Was a warm day also, 104 yesterday. As I was sitting in traffic, car was heating up more and more and the problems seemed to escalate more and more. Once car cooled down. Just had minor surges then after heating back up. I looked like I had hydro shocks :D

That engine does not like to have it's air mixuture messed with. My lower catch can line failed and it was sucking air, and my car did the same thing you described. Foot on the brake and hold on for dear life!
