Hey all, anybody wanting to get a bad ass Speed Logix Carbon Fiber hood? These are quality hoods that look great. They also have underhood ducting to bring in fresh air to the CAI. We only need 3 of these pre-ordered, then they will start production. Ill be putting in my order next pay day. Come on people this hood is bad ass and almost guaranteed you will never see another one on a Challenger!

I would, however I already have a carbon fiber hood. Looks good. How much does it weigh?

I just received the fiberglass version, but I wish I went for the carbon fiber instead.

^^^I was debating on which to get and the price difference is just crazy, but CF does look damn good. Im glad I went with CF, can't wait!

I think they said it is about 20 pounds lighter than stock, maybe 10. I'm relaly just getting it cause I think the carbon fiber would look sweet against the Toxic Orange. I planned on getting the hood and then getting a Yellow Jacket style stripe on some variation of gray(to match the carbon fiber). I love the TO color, but there arent many colors that it can be matched with..

Lets get these orders guys, that hood is bad ass, and its functional too!

Im in so rush, I still wont be home full time until Sept next year at the earliest. I am kicking myself for not getting in on the first batch when I had a chance, I just didnt think only 5 people out of the thousands on this board would want the CF hood lol:bash:

I may just get a wrap unless another CF hood comes out that I like. I dont really want a wrap in CF, but I suppose that would then allow me to do the rear spoiler in CF as well. Cheesy, yea, but it would look bad ass and would work until something came along.

20lbs must have been a typo. The stock aluminum hood only weighs 27lbs. My carbon fiber weighs 26lbs (Cuda II style).

I originally had a seibon CF hood, but I sold it to get this one. You know I figured a lot more people would want this hood in CF as well but the price is a lil out there. Took me a while to jump on it because i absolutely needed to sell the Seibon CF hood first.

I'm thinking of selling my CF trunk and spoiler as well, just a heads up for if you're interested. don't wrap your stuff. cheesy bro. lol.

Ha, yea I hear ya, no wrap lol. Why are you wanting to see the trunk, would the carbon fiber "weave" not match with the hood? Do you have any recent pics of your car??
