Ok, I went to a tire wheel shop the other day wanting to find out how wide of a wheel and tire I can put on my car (2012 RT). He said it would be difficult to find because the bolt pattern is different than most. He did look in some of his catalogs, but really didn't seem too know his stuff, I did look online and there weren't many wheel options on the Challenger, so I'm assuming he was right about the bolt pattern. What I'm wondering more about is , was he trying to sell me specific wheels, because that's what he has? or can I go wider that what he was showing me? He showed me 10" wide 8.5 front wheel tire combo. And that was my only option.

It really depends on what you are looking in a rim, style of Rim ( mesh rim, 5 spoke, 6 spoke, or multi spoke, as well as deep dish, or flush rims...ect) and how much you are looking to spend. It sounds like he showed you a staggered rim set up. If that's what you are looking for there are other options but he is right, not to many options but there are others. If there is anything I can do to help out otherwise let me know.

You can go up to 9.5 in the front and 11 in the rear. Over 11 with a wide body kit
I'm running BBS CH-R wheels. 20x9 front and 20x10.5 rear
Tires are pilot super sports 255/40 front and 295/35 rear

What offset do I need for the 9.5 and 11? And Thanks.

My wheels just got in today and I did a 22x9 with a 20 offset in the front (265/35 tire) and a 22x10.5 in the rear with a 25 offset (295/30 tire). I haven't mounted them yet as I am also putting on Eibach Sportline springs, but they should fit perfectly fine with no issues. There are lots of wheel choices for a 5x115 bolt pattern, so not sure why your wheel guy was saying there wasn't many. I looked at hundreds of different wheels. Mine aren't 3 piece or forged but still a really nice wheel, however, if you're looking at budget wheels the choices I imagine are a little slimmer.

U might have to roll your fenders a bit with those 295s..I read on here people talking about not having to roll their fenders with 305s but I decided to go 295s and had a little rub. Rolled the fenders and have no issues and love the look. 52431
Just took this today when I went hiking with my girl.
