I recently sold my 2006 GTO. I have my eye on a low mileage 2010 RT. Do I buy the 2010 or wait for a low mile 2011? I am patient and can wait. Is there a link or list of the differences from '10 to '11? I really only know about push to start.
Thanks!

As with most cars I would say buy the newest one you can afford. The 2011's do have some improvements over the 2010's:
- Push button start is standard
- Hands free blue tooth standard
- Improved suspension
- No Ram head badge on the hood or rims
- Hood gas struts
One of the advantages of the 2010 is you can tune them and basically do whatever performance mods you want. The ECU for the 2011's are locked and currently can not be tuned. There are some ways around this, but it won't be like the 2010's until someone cracks the code. So if modding is important to you it is something to consider.
I'm sure others will have more to add....

If I plan on coil-overs, will the new suspension still be an improvement?

If you are getting coil overs then the improved suspension on the '11 & newer cars practically cancels out the benefits of getting one over an '09 or '10. Save a little money and get a clean low mileage '10 dude.
I would say go for the 2011. lot of enhancements.

The 2010 is tunable, the 2011 is not. The predator got me 30 crank HP. If your a racer this can be important, if not ,get the 2011.Push button start was an option in 2010.The biggest problem with these cars is the weight, most of the options add weight. My car is a plain Jane and now weighs just over 4000 lbs.

2010's had push button start as an option and can be tuned.
Some 2011 upgrades not already mentioned; Upgraded steering wheel, keyless entry, easy rear entry power drivers seat, different front lower grill shape. I'm sure there's more, but I own a 2010 so I'm not up on all of it.
