1- Is it true that front strut brace would cause more understeer?

2- Would the front strut brace change the ride quality to the better? or the Worse?

I've not noticed and over or under steer. The brace stiffens up the front end. It makes the suspention work better. I have the front and rear brace. It's like a new car. No body flex

Unless you road race your Challenger, I don't think you're going to notice much of a difference on the street, except for the "bling" factor when you show off something that only adds more weight to your already too heavy car...

For what it's worth.

Totally agree - the difference is immediate and obvious.

Adding the front brace will reduce understeer. The car corners flatter, holds a line better, and has less tendency to plow. It will also ride a bit stiffer because the strut mounts aren't flexing up/down, which increases the effective shock valving.

After installing the front Mopar Tower Strut Brace I loved the way it immediately improved the handling & cornering. WAY STIFFER! Unfortunately, it seems like the back end has a lot more "bumping around?" Which now includes lots of "bucket of bolts" sounds. Just seems like it has changed the way the back end holds the road. Could be my imagination but I do notice something new going on back there. FYI - My '09 has the original/dreaded "Wheel Hop - Burn Out" issue. Don't even smoke'em anymore because I've had a couple of real "Jack Hammer" experiences. I get bunny hopping in the rain. Who knows what this has done back there?

I noticed a difference since I added the KB I had to remove mine it seems a little looser in the front but I haven't adjusted the dampening on the coil overs. It's a good mod to put on for looks and to tighten up the steering.

alright ........ it is good the understeer will be reduced

However, as the front brace would make the ride stiffer, does that mean I will hear more suspension noise in the front? (reduced ride quality) or less? (increrased ride quality)

I have both front and rear braces. You will notice much sharper and more accurate turn-in and steering response with the front brace. The car corners slightly flatter with just the strut tower braces. There is no increase in "suspension noise" as far as I can tell and it had no effect on ride quality.

I also have a complete Hotchkis Stage one TVS Kit. If you want to get rid of the body roll and really carve corners that will do it. However, the ride is much stiffer (but not poor) and it lowers the overall height of the car to the point where speed bumps have to be taken slowly and inclined driveways require an angled approach. You will also want to get Pedders bushings to properly align the car so it does not have excessive camber.

Hope this helps.

How can I reduce body roll when turning while keeping the same comfy ride quality? ( the roads here bumpy as hell). Do i get bigger roll bars for front and rear or just the front & back braces?
