Im thinking about getting a shaker set-up, but I was wondering is there any performance gains? I like the way they look, but am I gaining anything other than cool points?

From what I understand the gains, if any, aren't readily noticeable on a dyno. The reason being is that you need the air flow from road speed to actually get any benefit. The AFR setup I use is as true to a direct to throttle body Shaker inlet as you can get, but I dont really think there's much HP gain over a regular CAI.
