Ordering the Speedlogix Ram Air Hood as soon as I have the money in hand. My car is white with the red classic stripes down the side. I was thinking about getting whoever paints it to stencil Hemi 5.7L or Hemi 345 on the sides of the scoop. Which one do you think would look better or should I just leave it all white?

question you need to ask yourself is, do you want that painted on the hood forever? Maybe you will see an emblem you want later on then you would have to cover the painted on letter. Just from how I see it, I wouldn't paint on my hood, id put an emblem but my mind changes all the time on what will look better.

That is a good point. I could just buy some more of the hemi badges and call it good. I just thought the red paint would make it look a little better.

don;t get me wrong the red paint would look sick but what if 6 months from now you want it changed again? then u need a whole new paint job to mathc color. I would say if you want red try to find a badge that says 5.7l or hemi or whatever you want and then paint that red. then later on if you want to switch up the look you can take the badge off and replace it with something else. I know you can get custom badges that are slimmer and will almost go smooth with the hood or you can have it pop out more. the possibilities are endless. but i wouldn't paint it, come time to change it up you will be spending more on getting your hood repainted again

Every since I seen a post with Rudedog's far hood with the interchangeable scoops I'm in love with it!! U can do shaker and ta and the same look as speedlogix hood!
