Thanks for posting this up, showdown of factory track cars. They both run well, those cobra jets are serious. Seen a few of each run at our local track. Should have made for a good day of racing. I hadn't seen the vids or the link so appreciate the post.
Id say the Challengers held their own considering it NA vs FI. I would say they weigh more but im sure they both have to weight pretty close to the same...

Dodge is doing very well in stock/SS with the Drag Pak program, car # 28 is just about finished and will compete with the fastest SCJ mustangs running, look for 7 second passes in the 1/4 mile.

It does hold water. You are just dismissing it. And nobody is blaming Ford for anything. Forced Induction more than makes up for any cubic inch discrepancy.
