Exotics vs. the World-Denton, Texas 12/9/12

We had an Exotics vs the World tonight at our local 1/8 mile track in North Dallas. It was an excellent turn out. I'd say close to 1000 cars there. This area has quite a few wealthy towns. Now of course I'm in my early 20's trying to make a penny to their fortune. Anyway, tons of GT-Rs, Ferraris, Lambos, McLarens, Mercedes, Porches, Vipers, Vettes, CTS-Vs and of course quite a few mustangs, camaros, and challengers. The event was free with the donation of cans for the local food pantry. I was having traction problems along with everyone else. I watched a CTS-V run a 6.5 while surfing all over both lanes trying to get traction. There was also a PCP SRT8 Challenger there running high 6 low 7's I was told. Just wanted to share. I thought it was cool to see our racing community step in and help out the less fortunate. Was anyone there?

I take my truck to that track all the time. I love it. One of these days I'm gonna take my wife's challenger out there just for the hell of it. I know it won't run no 9 or 10. Lol it's a v6 all stock. I'm headed to San Antonio this weekend to the diesel drags. Hopefully I can hit a low 12 with a little nitrous. When I get my truck in the mid 11's ill call it good and start working on the wife's car
