Fenders: 70/71 vs. 72-74

Does anyone know for sure about the differences between the 70/71 and 72-74 front fenders?

My questions are these:

- Will the 70/71 R/T longitudinal side stripes work on a 73 car?

- Will the 70/71 R/T chrome grille opening moldings (which were painted on 72-74 cars) work on a 73 car?

- How about the T/A side stripes on a 72-74?

Thanks for your help.

Mike

Im pretty sure the stripes will work, because the bodystyle didnt change from 70-74. They mainly changed the headlights/tailights, and bumpers, Though the wheel openings were different sizes on the fenders for a couple years. I don't know about the trim though.

The fenders are the same except for the marker lights.

Either stripe will work. Unfortunately the trim won't due to the fact that the trim for the fenders is part of the healight bezel. You could however change the whole grill and related hardware over to a 70 or 71.
