Hei pdx.challenger

Nice to here from Oregon. I learned english in Portland and I lived in Aloha, next Beaverton. It was a great time!!!

Great that you liked the short movie.

Take care.

Wow, that's awesome! How long did you live here? When did you move to Europe?

Hei pdx.challenger

I only studied 4 month english in Portland and than I went out by car for 3 moths, to drive from the west to the east coast. You have a great country!

@billm1104: You are right! But for me i'ts great! Than in this little country called Switzerland (7.1 Mio. habitants) where I'm living, are only around 200 Challenger's driving! They never made for Europe, so it's a very special thing, driving a Challnger in Europe! Yeahhh...!!! Mustangs are better known in Europe. Maybe because the movie Bullit, I don't know. But I wouldn't never drive a Mustang. The performance, sihloutte and patina of a Challenger, is muuuuch nicer than a Mustang!

My next project for my Challenger. See

LSD Fahrzeuge - LSD Doors

Nice day!

Tschaelli

Hey guys

If someone wants to visit Europe once a day, than feel free to contact me! Free ride in a Challenger outside America. :-)

See you

The Mustang is a worldwide icon. As soon as it came out it was raced in the Monte Carlo Rally and featured in many european films for decades.

I suspect they love the dimensions too as most American cars, popular as they may be, are very impractical over there. Personally, I saw Bullitt for the first time on French TV in 1980, I think, and was completely blown away. But many people, even here, hardly know about the movie (and less about The Vanishing Point, unfortunately).

@USRWDV8: Very interessting post. Thank you! Hmm. If I say Bullit here in Switzerland, hardly everybody knows, that Steve McQueen is playing the main role. Vanishing Point is known, only in the Challenger Scene. I'm surprised, that the movie Bullit isn't so popular in the US. I like the way Steve McQueen is playing in his movies. :-) It looks like you was living a long time in France?
Thank you again for your interessting post.

During I was waiting for the shipping of my Challenger, I looked 100 times this British car show.

I liked the man who is driving. But I've to say. I'm feeling almost like he describes at the end of his Challenger drive. :-)
