Re: American Racing headers

No, the difference being really based on engine size and mods done. So a 6.1 with head and cam upgrade would stick with the 1.75in. A fully built 426 with forced induction would benifit from 1 7/8 primarys.

Re: American Racing headers

They should fit the '09 SRT manual? PM with a package $ Heads and Headers/ Hi-Flows ( port matched) and a not too radical cam. ( tell Andy, I don't want my emissions light on. )

Re: American Racing headers

Looks like a great product, what is the expected hp gain, around 25 or so?

Will headers trigger SES lights?

Re: American Racing headers

Gain should be around there depending on what mods you have.

Like many very high flow cats, they may trigger a check engine light. This happens because the rear 02 sensors think that the cat must be broken. So I would recommed that you get a DiabloSport Predator because you can turn off that annoying CEL.

Yeah, I've had that experience on GM cars... but at least there is a relatively easy fix!
